Tempco Heating and Air Conditioning Company has announced it has donated the equipment, materials and labor for the entire HVAC system in a new home under construction with the net proceeds from sale 100% to the Folds of Honor organization. “Tempco has been able to support numerous charitable programs over the years,” said Gary Doles, President of Tempco Heating and Air Conditioning Company, “and we are extremely proud to now be a part of Folds of Honor and this very special project.”

The new home is being built in Johnsburg, Illinois and is expected to be ready for sale in late August, 2018. The project is being spearheaded by Bill Schey, President of Professional Plumbing, Inc., and is the second home to be built and sold with all the net proceeds supporting families of military men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice or been disabled while on active duty.

“I am very grateful to Tempco for their very generous contribution to this project, as well as the many other trades who donated their time and expertise, “continued Bill, “and every dollar saved by these contributions means more will be donated to Folds of Honor. This latest project is nearly 100% funded by donations of time, materials, labor and contributions and proceeds of the sale are expected to contribute hundreds of thousands of dollars to the Folds of Honor.” A previous home built, sold and donated to Folds of Honor raised $290,000 and the total contributions reached $500,000. This latest new home under construction is scheduled for completion in late July 2018 and a special Open House is tentatively scheduled for August 26, 2018.
