Balanced system, checked fan speed was set at 10 manufacture recommended 14 also increased continuous fan speed and advised customer to run fan continuously to help with uneven temperatures, dampered down first floor and verified second floor dampers were open, cycled system and checked air flow to bedroom of concern and customer stated that their is a significant improvement, system is functioning properly at this time
