First cold day and my heat is not working correctly. I call at 6:15 get the answering service a then call 7:05 and restate story.Service person is at my home by 8:45 am. Thank you....Great serve and people

Air conditioner service. Found outdoor unit running fan motor hot to touch. Checked capacitor found capacitor bad. Replaced capacitor. Compressor off on thermal overload had to cool compressor. Condenser coil was COMPLETELY PLUGGED! Cleaned condenser coil. Started up and checked charge. Everything is in good working order at this time.
