This review isn’t directed at Mark, but at Carrier. My AC broke down for the second time in four years, even though I replaced it with a brand-new unit in 2020. We encountered the same problem again and had to pay $750 for the service. Typically, these units are expected to last 10-15 years.

Mark has been our tech for years at Tempco. He comes every September and checks the furnace and humidifier, then returns in May and checks out the air conditioner. We value his expertise and knowledge of the systems. And he's a great guy!

Service technician - Mark, is always professional and outlines work to be done and explains work that was performed. He is very knowledgable and courteous. Tempco HVAC is always responsive and issues are mostly resolved prior to technician leaves.

Tempco has been servicing our furnace and A/C for over 20 years. That in itself says something. Mark, the Tempco Tech., has worked on our system for several years. I highly recommend Tempco if you are looking for someone to service your HVAC.
