Balanced system, fan speed was set at 9 manufacture recommended 14 also set continuous fan higher and recommended running fan all the time to help with uneven temperatures, dampered down first floor and verified second floor vents are fully open, also replaced customer supplied air filter current one was dirty, system is working properly at this time

Balanced system, adjusted fan speed to 16 from 15 per manufacturer and set continues fan to 6 dampered down first floor and verified second floor dampers are fully open, inspected broken damper and found screwdriver slot on damper was broken and unable to adjust damper for run that feeds part of second floor was able to adjust damper but need to order replacement, system is operating properly at this time

Warranty - Arrived on site and checked in with customer to see what was making noise, customer stated that the condenser was noisy from fan, started ac and fan was vibrating metal, tightened screws down and adjusted fan to stop noise and system is operating normally with no noise, customer also stated that when the heat runs they hear a ticking noise in master bedroom, ran heat and tried to recreate noise and could not hear anything, customer stated that would like us to come back when the temperature changes and the heat is on she stated she will let her builder rep know system is working properly at this time

customer stated that the Erv stopped working last week, customer cleaned filters and reset power but still wasn't showing lcd display, pulled out circuit board and reseated connections and cycled unit system started normal sequence of operation and is working properly at this time

Warranty - upon inspection found second floor damper was completely closed, open up second floor damper 100 percent and dampered down first floor, customer said he did that but also explained that the screwdriver slot on damper is what has to be adjusted because that is the true direction of damper, after adjusting dampers the air flow to second floor was significantly higher than before and operating properly

Arrived on site and checked in with customer to gain access to equipment, customer stated that thermostat is calling for cooling but not blowing cold air, upon inspection found thermostat was set to cool and indoor fan was on, checked condenser and found no plug in disconnect, customer will need to contact his home representative for electrical company to replace
