Warranty - upon inspection found second floor damper was completely closed, open up second floor damper 100 percent and dampered down first floor, customer said he did that but also explained that the screwdriver slot on damper is what has to be adjusted because that is the true direction of damper, after adjusting dampers the air flow to second floor was significantly higher than before and operating properly

Arrived on site and checked in with customer to gain access to equipment, customer stated that thermostat is calling for cooling but not blowing cold air, upon inspection found thermostat was set to cool and indoor fan was on, checked condenser and found no plug in disconnect, customer will need to contact his home representative for electrical company to replace

Arrived on site and checked in with customer to gain access to equipment customer stated that it wasn't cooling but upon arrival thermostat was set to 70 and reading 70 but humidity was high lowered fan speed to help dehumidify checked pressures and temperature all normal system is cooling properly at this time
