Misleading charge
The service was fine but we got duped as we were charged “per unit” as we have 2 units at our home but were NOT told that the maintenance was “ per unit”. Not very happy at all about this misleading ad we respinded to

Or technician-Scott was very helpful. He took his time to diagnose the problem properly with the AC unit and replaced the suspect parts. He ordered the required parts which took some time to arrive but made sure the AC was operational in the interim period. Very satisfied with the experience.
