My call was answered right away. Tempco arranged for a service person to make our call between 12-3. I got a call from the technician to let me know that he finished his service call early and asked if he stop by earlier. He arrived before the scheduled time frame and quickly figured out - and fixed our problem. He was a very helpful and courteous young man.

Warranty - Customer stated that blower motor is making noise, made call for cooling from thermostat system started normal operation, found noise coming from bottom of furnace due to foil tape not sealed, sealed up with new foil tape and noise stopped, checked fan speed and was set low for the tonnage of air conditioning, adjusted fan speed, cycled system and checked pressures and temperatures all within manufacture specifications, system is operating properly at this time.
