Small hiccup in initial scheduling of service. Called back and explain issue with HVAC system. Appointment was schedule. Technician called back two days earlier than time scheduled and was in area. Service completed!! Mark arrived and was wonderful as usual.

Could not find any issues with condensation on ductwork possibly plumbing or outside air is penetrating and causing pipe to condensate
