customer stated that when you run air conditioner indoor fan is really loud, upon inspection found back side of plenum was sealed all the way and the loud noise was from air blowing through foil tape and making a loud sound, resealed plenum with tape and noise went away and customer was happy. Balance system by closing first floor vents and also changed blower speed to match air conditioner, recommended to customer to run fan continuously to help even out temperatures this is a townhouse with no basement or access to first floor dampers. System is working properly at this time.
customer stated that it doesn't seem to be blowing cold air and the indoor fan was noisy, went to inspect condenser and found pressure was low found oil around suction service valve checked joints with electronic leak detector and confirmed leak on suction valve, pumped refrigerant into condenser and brazed leak, pressure tested system with 250 psi of nitrogen, system held pressure no other leaks detected, pulled vacuum on system and started system and charged to manufacture specifications, system is operating correctly at this time, determined the noise from blower motor is evaporator coil was freezing up and causing motor to fight against it, after starting customer said the noise is not there anymore, system is operating as designed.
