Mark is excellent. Great job answering questions and took his time to clean our furnace. After 18 months MI homes associates told me on at least two occasions that as long as the light was on the fresh air fan was working. It was NOT and Mark found the wires incorrectly connected. Also the flyer we received in the mail was very misleading. No need for a quality company like Tempco to use such misleading flyers

This is new construction house and the AC did not work. The support team came and fixed the problem - miss-wired in its initial installation. I would give the service team a 5-star rating, however, I don't understand the poor work by the installation team.

I found Mark J, polite, thorough, clear and gentle in informing me that our Air Conditioning Service has a leak and will probably not last much longer. He showed me when it was installed, Tried adding some freon, said it would probably last through the season, dependent on how many hot spells we get. TempCo installed our furnace, Humidifier and AC. Everything is working great for 3 years and counting. They are the most cost effective for annual service calls.
