I sure do have peace of mind knowing that every six months my furnace and air conditioner are checked by the people who installed the equipment. I especially like being able to pay ahead of time for two years and not having to worry about having the money when he comes. Great idea! Small hiccup in initial scheduling of service. Called back and explain issue with HVAC system. Appointment was schedule. Technician called back two days earlier than time scheduled and was in area. Service completed!! Mark arrived and was wonderful as usual.

Well I was told that the $89 service would be added to the cost if parts was added and labor,this was not true instead I was charged $200 just for the technician to rub sand paper over something and vacuum the furnace.
