Founded in 1992 Tempco Heating and Air Conditioning Company (Tempco) has grown to become one of the leading HVAC companies in both Residential and Light Commercial customers through-out the Chicagoland Area.

The owners of Tempco, Gary and Jim, have over seventy (70) years of experience in the construction industry. They believe in a “no-nonsense approach” when dealing with their customers and pride themselves in their company’s high level of customer satisfaction. They believe that if Tempco can’t properly address the customer’s concern, then they will assist their customer in finding the right contractor for the job. They instill in each of their employees to “treat the customer in the same manner they expect to be treated”.

All of Tempco’s heating and cooling service technicians are NATE certified and receive constant training on the new products available in today’s market. They are trained to critically evaluate the customer’s concerns and to determine the best solution to ensure indoor air comfort in a quick and efficient manner. To ensure constant quality of their service, a member of the Management Team at Tempco calls each customer within five (5) days of receiving service or maintenace to make sure they are satisfied.
